DEHUMIDIFIERS – Do I need to remove the granules from the cloth pouch?
No, it is not necessary. Never cut the pouch. The fabric allows moisture to pass through it. Do remove the box and other packaging materials before using ZARPAX.
DEHUMIDIFIERS – Do I need to refill my ZARPAX dehumidifier?
No, absolutely not. With normal use, a ZARPAX reusable dehumidifier will last many cycles and can be regenerated many times!
DEHUMIDIFIERS – Do I have to empty my ZARPAX reusable dehumidifier between uses?
No, please regularly check the indicator. When it has turned light-pink you can regenerate it. We advise not to recharge ZARPAX when the indicator is still blue.
DEHUMIDIFIERS – Can I use ZARPAX products in my deepfreeze or refrigerator to prevent frosting and condensation?
You can safely try, but we have not tested or designed ZARPAX dehumidifiers for this purpose. We do not advise you to acquire ZARPAX with this specific purpose in mind.

No, we strongly advise against this. It would not function afterwards.
